Fmr1 ‐KO vehicle mice showed a trend to dig more, to bury more marbles, and to spend less time in grooming compared to the WT‐vehicle mice, but these differences were not statistically significant (Appendix Fig S5C ). ∆N‐DGKk treatment seemed to counteract these effects, but the high variability of these phenotypes between mice precluded drawing conclusions.
