Specifically, all the non-zero-samples great than 1% for macrophage M1 are from 35 RT non-responders with an averaged value of 2.55%, while non-zero samples for eosinophils are all greater than 1% and from 11 RT responders, although only marginally significant as tested by using a truncated rank sum test duet to our sample size.
