For comorbidities, the prevalence of hypoglycaemia was lower in treatment arms that reported this outcome in the sub-population of patients with diabetes (n = 12 treatment arms) compared to those without (n = 8 treatment arms), although this did not reach statistical significance [11.2% vs. 20.0%, P = 0.46] ( S6 Fig ).
