For the other ICIs, the HR did not reach statistical significance (pembrolizumab HR 1.14 [95% CI 0.92–1.42], ipilimumab HR 1.00 [95% CI 0.87–1.15], and nivolumab HR 1.06 [95% CI 0.92–1.22]), indicating that in these subgroups, the proportion of 12-month survivors showed little or no difference versus chemotherapy alone or combined with placebo (Figure S9 in the supplementary material).
