Other components of the methionine cycle were also altered, with prenatal choline resulting in an increase in methionine in both males and females ( Supplemental Figure S7A,E ), an increase in B6 in males only ( Supplemental Figure S7B,F ), and an increase in Hcy ( Supplemental Figure S7C,G ), although in male plasma this did not quite reach statistical significance ( p = 0.06).
