About 50% of the patients improved and a significant trend toward reduction of steroid use was noted.[ 41 ] In another retrospective study conducted in Germany, robotic-assisted thymectomy was found to result in clinical remission in 4 of 10 patients with juvenile generalized MG as well as the reduction in required dosages of immunosuppressants.
