In particular, TT-B had a favourable effect on OS in women (HR 0.44; 95% CI: 0.26–0.76), in those who had not previously undergone surgical resection (HR 0.45; 95% CI: 0.23–0.88), in patients with mutant BRAF status (HR 0.17; 95% CI: 0.04–0.68) and in those with an ECOG PS of 2, although the latter did not reach statistical significance (HR 0.50; 95% CI: 0.2–1.26).
