While the SLFN11 H-score assessed in cancer cells showed only a borderline significant association (HR = 0.62, 95% confident interval (CI) = 0.38–1.02, p = 0.0620), overall and non-cancer higher SLFN11 H-scores were strongly associated with longer progression-free interval (PFI) by univariable analysis (HR = 0.50, 95% CI = 0.33–0.75, p = 0.0009; and HR = 0.54, 95% CI = 0.36–0.81, p = 0.0028, respectively).
