Changes of Anthropometry and Blood Indicators in MHO and MUO Groups before and after Intervention In the MHO group, a distinct decrease in most of the anthropometry (BW, BMI, BFR, WC, SBP, DBP, and RHR) and blood indicators (TG, TC, HDL-C, and low-density lipoprotein–cholesterol (LDL-C)) were found after intervention compared with before intervention (for all comparisons, p < 0.01), except for FBG, which only showed a downward trend, but did not reach statistical significance ( p > 0.05) ( Table 3 ).
