While our primary analysis of MTM impact on TMTB CR effects failed to reach statistical significance across the combined Aβ-PET SUVr strata, there was a trend for improved cognitive performance on scopolamine-challenged TMTB performance (p=0.068), and consistent with our hypothesis, subgroup analysis using Aβ-PET SUVr cut-offs of 1.4 demonstrated cognitive benefit in the pAD group (SUVr ≥ 1.4; p=0.02).
