In regard to the efficacy of sequential treatment with TFTD and regorafenib administered in the forward or reverse sequence, it is generally considered that there are no differences in the conventional parameters of efficacy, whichever of the two agents is used first [ 9 – 12 ], while some reports showed that patients who received TFTD after regorafenib treatment showed a trend towards a longer PFS than those who received it prior to regorafenib [ 24 ].
