Stratified analyses in paradoxical LF-LG AS (LVEF ≥50%, SVi ≤35 mL/min) similarly showed a significantly greater risk with severe AVC (log-rank, P=0.046), whereas in patients with classical LF-LG AS (LVEF <50%, SVi ≤35 mL/min), the difference between severe and non-severe AVC did not reach statistical significance (log-rank, P=0.098).
