Titin was overall hypo‐phosphorylated compared with ZSF1‐lean ( Figure 6C ) and cGMP levels were lower in LV by 22%, but this did not reach statistical significance (lean: 1 ± 0.07 vs. obese: 0.78 ± 0.07 x‐fold vs. lean; P = 0.07).
