The HLA-B07 supertype was also more frequent in individuals with moderately severe COVID-19 infection (40.0%), ( p = 0.05, pc = 0.30, OR: 2.5, 95% CI: 1.1–5.9) although this difference did not reach statistical significance after Bonferroni’s correction.
