Consistent with our previous finding that Dino is a haplo-insufficient tumor suppressor in Eμ-myc driven B cell lymphoma [ 17 ], Dino −/− mice had nearly a two-fold increased incidence of B cell lymphoma ( Figure S1b ), although this trend did not reach statistical significance in this small cohort.
