The KEGG pathway analysis result showed some pathways like complement and coagulation cascades, antigen processing and presentation, cell cycle, rheumatoid arthritis, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), metabolic pathways, FoxO signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, Jak-STAT signaling pathway, TGF-beta signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, apoptosis, and other signaling pathways were all quite significant in key cascades in the basic biology of OA, such as initiation, growth, maintenance, and development of OA ( Figure 3E ).
