For the dose-response assessment, and relative to no/minimal exposure (<6 months), a shorter exposure to glatiramer acetate (6 months–3 years) was not associated with a lower hazard of mortality (aHR 1.07; 95% CI 0.74–1.54), and while a longer exposure (>3 years) was, by 23%, this failed to reach statistical significance (aHR 0.77; 95% CI 0.51–1.17) ( Figure 5 ).
