Group A tumors more often demonstrated stellate/spindle cell morphology and hemangioma‐like vasculature, whereas Group B tumors more often demonstrated round cell or epithelioid/rhabdoid morphology without hemangioma‐like vasculature, although these differences did not reach statistical significance.
