In cortical neurons, G1 significantly increased firing (vehicle vs G-1, p < 0.0001), and the antagonist G15 reduced G-1-induced increase in activity, but this reduction did not reach statistical significance level (G-1 vs G-1 + G-15, p > 0.05), which is consistent with the parametric ANOVA analysis results.
