The difference did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.054), but the greatest accuracy in predicting a 25% and 50% of reduction in PANSS or BPRS corresponded to occupancy measures of 60% and 78%, respectively, confirming that this is the range of occupancy associated with a clinical effect.
