Given the development of knowledge on the real-life efficacy of the various vaccines marketed around the world [ 4 ], the results of fragmentary studies on the immunogenicity of these vaccines, which showed quite significant differences, and the increasingly frequent observation of infections on vaccinated sites, it turned out to be essential to evaluate on scientific bases and on consequent samples the humoral and cellular immunogenicity of vaccines used in the country.
