While patients with entirely extramedullary tumors also suffered from neuropathic pain, the amount was higher in patients suffering from intramedullary tumors, but the difference did not reach statistical significance in the whole cohort analysis (12.5% vs. 7.3%, p = 0.097) (Table 3 ).
