[ 19 ] demonstrated patients with OPC+ were more likely to require reactive nasogastric feeding in relation to poor oral intake after treatment initiation compared to patients with OPC− disease ( n = 21 (30%) versus n = 3 (23%) respectively); however, this did not reach statistical significance (OR 0.75, 95%CI, 0.22–0.26, p = 0.65).
