Our finding that no distinguishable differences in physiological measurements were observed, aside from a near-significant effect of SOLF diet leading to decreased glucose levels, over the course of the study suggest that we have captured an early stage of diet intervention which, if continued over time, might result in measurable changes in metabolic health.
