As in our first experimental setting of mice treated with LY during diet induction of obesity ( Supplemental Figure 7A ), treated obese animals consumed the same amount of food as the reference group ( Supplemental Figure 7B ) but showed a trend to a lessened final body weight ( Figure 5B ), mainly correlating with the lower amounts of SAT and BAT, as no changes were observed in the weight of depots of VAT ( Figure 5, C and D ).
