D-Pen infusion at the high dose also decreased the Cu levels by 24.2% ( p = 0.10) and 38.0% ( p = 0.11) in hippocampus and frontal cortex, respectively, compared to the saline controls, although the levels of Cu decreases did not reach statistical significance.
