The sentences
We further examined the association between SGLT2 inhibitor use and risk of mortality stratified by different covariates and found that SGLT2 inhibitor use was associated with a reduced risk of mortality regardless of patients’ demographic, tumor characteristics and cancer treatments, although some results did not reach statistical significance due to small sample sizes in some of the sub-groups ( Fig 2 ).
