Our study showed a clear trend towards the highest risk of complications being in patients with idiopathic PAH (13.5%) compared to 1.8% in CHD patients with postoperative PAH, 1.3% in CHD patients with PAH and uncorrectable defects, and 0% in those with PAH and correctable defects.
