Regarding nationality, in Survey 1, Lebanese were slightly more likely to intend to receive the vaccine compared to refugees, although this did not reach statistical significance (25.9% Lebanese vs. 23.1% refugees, p = 0.053); however, in Survey 2, Lebanese were significantly more likely to have vaccine acceptance (57.6% of Lebanese vs. 32.9% of refugees, p < 0.001).
