Even in other smaller series, it did not reach statistical significance. 5 , 11 This could be related to the wide spectrum of sinonasal histologies with diverse biologic behavior, some of which display indolent growth and a tendency for delayed recurrence, while others are characterized by rapid and dismal progression.
