Pg 13 Figure S4 I am not sure why one would expect heterozygotes to suffer lower of target affects, to my mind the dosage of Cas9/gRNAs is unlikely to be limiting? While the differences in fecundity between heterozygotes and the two homozygous genotypes were not statistically significant, there seemed to be a clear trend towards an intermediate fecundity phenotype for heterozygous individuals.
