These findings are consistent with prior phase II and III clinical trial results for teprotumumab which showed a significant reduction in proptosis and clinical activity score beginning at week 6.[ 13 14 ] While the reduction in IOP did not reach statistical significance at week 24, this is likely explained by the limited sample size and fewer number of eyes examined at week 24.
