On this analysis, choice to not use instrumentation was no longer found to be a significant predictor of reoperation, there remained a trend towards greater re-operation when no instrumentation was utilized, though this finding did not reach statistical significance (correlation coefficient = 1.91 [-0.40, 4.23, p = 0.106).
