Even if the same method of quantification is used, being that by UV–VIS spectroscopy or bioassay, within the method, there can exist slightly significant differences such as wavelength, reaction conditions, bacterial strains or microbiological determination methods, etc., making it difficult to find the relevance in comparing two values obtained by different means.
