Using the chimeric model that donor peripheral T cells can be distinguished with BM-derived T cells from WT Ly5.1 + congenic donors, we found that, compared with the Fli1 WT group, the marrow-derived cells in the recipients of Fli1 fl/WT Cre + grafts also had a significant reduction in the PD-1 + CXCR5 + Tfh cell–like population, along with a significant trend toward increased PD-1 + CXCR5 + cells that coexpressed CD4 + FoxP3 + , also known as T follicular regulatory–like (Tfr-like) cells ( Supplemental Figure 2D ).
