Fourier-transformed EXAFS analyses showed a clear trend that the intensity of Pt-Cl/Pt-S bonds gradually decreased as the annealing temperature rising, accompanied by the increased intensity of Pt-Pt/Pt-Co bonds (Supplementary Fig. 13 ), demonstrating the decomposition of coordination structures and the formation of alloys.
