The RCT ( 20 ) showed a trend of a reduced risk but not a significant benefit of hospitalization for arrhythmia (OR = 0.43, 95% CI: 0.11–1.64; P = 0.20) in patients after myocardial infarction or those with high-risk stable coronary heart disease after 12 months of follow-up.
