Initially, the IVW method was conducted as the primary analysis, based on which we separately performed a false discovery rate (FDR) correction (Benjamini and Hochberg) for nominally significant associations between immune traits (with a total of 28 subgroups from 4 types comprising 7 panels) and BMD to control for the proportion of false positives in multiple testing.
