PAA can stimulate T-37 cells to produce more ROS, and the ROS content level in the cytoplasm of the PAA treatment group showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, reaching a peak value at 30 min of treatment, which was 1.112 ± 0.064, an increase of 45.42% compared with the negative treatment group ( P < 0.05).
