Moreover, bleomycin treatment significantly decreased the levels of regulatory cytokine IL-10 (from 6.5 ± 2.3 to 1.7 ± 0.7 pg/mL), while MRS5980 administration showed a trend toward increased IL-10 levels in a dose-dependent manner (3.1 ± 1.0 and 4.7 ± 3.0 pg/mL, respectively), even if it was not statistically significant ( Figure 5 E).
