In a retrospective study of 1028 OPSCC patients (59% were HPV+) by Hall et al., a 13% benefit in OS for CRT was observed compared to RT only for the HPV+ cohort, but this difference did not reach statistical significance (HR = 0.948, 95% CI 0.642–1.400, p = 0.91) [ 40 ].
