As the associations with the PRS of EA showed substantial ( I 2 = 0.76598, P Q = 0.00504) heterogeneity, we further conducted random effects models to examine if the association with HS remains significant when accounting for this heterogeneity, resulting in a nominally significant association (EA: P random = 0.00765).
