After inserting the Cu 2 O buffer layer between the HTL/electrode, most of the parameters showed an increasing trend at the beginning, maintaining stability after 5.1 eV, and the change of J sc is only slight ( Figure 3 ).

Combined with the changes of J sc and V oc , it can be seen from Figure 6 d that PCE increases with the decrease in Cu 2 O thickness until it is close to 0.02 μm, and it shows a clear trend of first rising and then falling with the decrease inMAPbI 3 thickness, reaching the maximum value at 0.60 μm.
