While BA.1- and BA.2-neutralizing titers were modestly lower in vaccinated compared with unvaccinated Omicron-infected patients, there was a clear trend toward a broader and more balanced antibody response, with similar neutralization titers in response to Delta, BA.1, and BA.2 ( Figure 1, C and D ).
