At first interim analysis of OS conducted at 45.3 months of median follow-up, IMpower010 showed a trend in favor of atezolizumab in the PD-L1 TC > 1% stage II-IIIA population (HR 0.71, 95% CI 0.49–1.03) but not in the all randomized stage II-IIIA (HR 0.95, 95% CI 0.74–1.24) or intent-to-treat population (HR 0.995, 95% CI 0.78–1.28).
