Both ATO groups had statistically significant improvements from baseline across the 12-week treatment period in AIM-D PDA ( Figure ) and PI domain scores ( P <.01), and nominally significant improvements at weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12 (only for 30mg BID) for both AIM-D domains vs placebo.
