In those patients in whom anticoagulation was continued, the MIST-2 dosing strategy was associated with a bleeding incidence of 16 of 165 patients (9.7%) compared with 2 of 32 patients (6.3%) when using a dose-reduction strategy, but this did not reach statistical significance ( P = .48).
