It was clear that Papp (solution) reflects the permeability of the cells to the drug from the applied dose of the drug contained in each test sample and it showed a trend consistent with the data of drug permeation concentrations, i.e., test samples with a higher drug permeation concentration showed higher Papp (solution) values.
