The TI/SB ratio was higher in patients (mean TI/SB ratio of 2.28, n = 17) than in HCs (mean TI/SB ratio of 1.56, n = 19), but this did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.08) (See Figure S3 , which shows the TA contrast TI/SB ratio).
