They answered 47.6% ± 31.9% of the questions correct and 34.5% ± 19.3% of the questions were answered with “don’t know.” Gastroenterologists who had graduated after 2006 answered more statements correct about gastrointestinal diseases with possible oral manifestations than their colleagues who had graduated in 2006 or before, but this difference did not reach statistical significance (Mann–Whitney U -test, P = .796).
